Gutter-pump Brown Ale (Mulled Tea)
A moderately bitter ale with caramel and toffee notes. Is there something floating in this? Don’t ask.
The Key IPA (Buckwheat Tea)
A juicy IPA with hints of mandarin orange and key lime. Subtle bitterness and sweetness.
Emboldened Red (Grape Juice)
These grapes were sent to us in vast amounts from Meryall Agronomics on December 21, 2021. They looked a bit odd so we made wine with them!
Cocktails
Midgar Meltdown (Commanding Craftsman’s Syrup)
A shot of smokey whiskey dropped into a glass of Gutter-pump Brown Ale. Not for the faintest of reactors!
Tonberry Knife (Competent Craftsman Syrup)
Garlean vodka, Tonberry juice, lemon juice, garnished with a sprig of mint and served in a Tonberry shaped-mug. Comes with a tiny plastic knife!
Her Inflorescence (Happiness Juice)
Red or Green? Choose incorrectly and this concoction may hit you harder than a train!
Tequila, strawberry juice or lime juice, orange liqueur, and lime basil.
The Bees Knees* (Apple Juice)
Sparkling Apple-cider sweetened with spiced cardamom syrup and an optional shot of espresso.
*Non-alcoholic
